The product provides a “Conversation Cloud Platform” integrated with WhatsApp Business, allowing customers to store, manipulate, analyze, and transfer messages between their business systems and their customers across various Paynet Enterprises Private Limited provided and third-party messaging channels (the "Service").

Paynet Enterprises Private Limited sends messages to the Cloud API, where the messages are temporarily stored before being transmitted to the WhatsApp platform. The Cloud API temporarily holds the messages for any necessary transmissions. After 30 days, WhatsApp messages are automatically deleted.

The Client acknowledges that, in the provision of services under this Agreement, data localization for WhatsApp infrastructure is not offered by the Company. Any data shared with or obtained by the Company in the process of providing WhatsApp messaging services will not be subject to data localization.
